Centerville, lowa — August 27, 2025 — A piece of Centerville history is opening its doors once again-this time, to guests from near and far. The Beeler House, a cherished family home tucked in the heart of Centerville, has been lovingly restored and is now available as a boutique Airbnb.
New owners have brought the home back into the family after decades away. The new owner, a Centerville native, spent her childhood in the house during the 1970s and 80s and is thrilled to give the property new life while honoring its past.
For years, the owners have returned to Centerville every summer with their children, creating traditions and memories in the town she once called home. In May 2025, they took the next step-purchasing the Beeler House and bringing it back into the family. When not enjoying the home as their personal family retreat, they look forward to opening its doors to other families, giving them the chance to experience Centerville while making memories of their own.
The Beeler House blends timeless charm with thoughtful updates, offering guests a warm and inviting stay. From cozy bedrooms to a welcoming front porch, the home has been updated with modern comforts while keeping the original character intact. Whether visitors are returning to Centerville or discovering it for the first time, the Beeler House promises a meaningful and relaxing experience.
"This home holds so many memories for me," said new owner, formerly Beeler. "Bringing it back into our family and sharing it with others feels like the perfect way to continue its story."
In addition to overnight stays, the Beeler House will serve as a quiet escape for family getaways, reunions, and small-town retreats. With its central location guests can explore all that Centerville has to offer-from local shops and restaurants to parks, festivals, and the town's rich history.
The owners hope the home will spark nostalgia among locals and introduce new travelers to the warmth and hospitality that define Centerville. The Airbnb listing will include a curated guide to the town, featuring community highlights and favorite local businesses.
Bookings will soon be available on TheBeelerHouse.com or through other hosting platforms such as Airbnb, with weekend availability filling quickly.
